What we collect

• Account details: your name, email and sign-in information, handled by our sign-in provider, Clerk.
• Billing details: handled by Stripe through Clerk. We do not store your card number.
• What you save: carriers in your book, call sheet entries, notes, settings and search history.
• Usage: the number of lookups and AI requests on your account, so we can apply plan limits.

How we use it

To run your account, apply your plan, provide support and improve the Service. We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

Cloudflare hosts the Service and its database. Clerk handles accounts. Stripe handles payments. When you use the AI tools, the carrier's public records and your question are sent to Anthropic to generate the answer.

Carrier records

Carrier information shown in the Service comes from public U.S. Department of Transportation records. To correct a record, the carrier should update it with FMCSA.

Your choices

You can edit or delete your saved data in the app, and you can ask us to delete your account by emailing [contact email].
