Draft for review. Have a licensed attorney review these terms before you rely on them. Replace the bracketed items.

1. Who we are

Fleet Advisr Carrier Search ("the Service") is operated by [Legal business name], [City], Utah ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.

2. What the Service is

The Service organizes public records published by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) and the U.S. Department of Transportation, and adds our own calculations, such as scores, peer percentiles and spend estimates. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by FMCSA or the U.S. Department of Transportation.

3. Accuracy and your decisions

Public records can be incomplete, delayed or wrong, and our scores and estimates are opinions for screening and research. The Service is provided "as is". You are responsible for confirming information with official sources, including SAFER and L&I, before making business decisions such as booking a load.

4. Not a consumer report

The Service is about motor carrier businesses. You may not use it to make decisions about an individual's eligibility for employment, credit, insurance, housing or any other purpose covered by the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

5. Accounts and acceptable use

Keep your login secure and do not share accounts. Do not scrape, resell or bulk-export the Service beyond the features provided, interfere with its operation, or use it to harass anyone. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

6. Plans, billing and cancellation

Free accounts include a limited number of lookups. Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account menu, and you keep access until the end of the paid period. Fees are not refundable except where required by law. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice.

7. Your content

Notes, call logs and lists you create belong to you. You give us permission to store and process them only to run your account.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will post the new date above. Questions: [contact email].
